The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This photograph depicts an Alaska Airlines 737 departing from Palm Springs International Airport. The details in both the aircraft and mountainous landscape are incredible. The lights of the aircraft really pop to complete this stunning scene.
