I took this photo and created a piece of art entitled FINAL DETAILS. Early one morning, I found Tom, one of the Palm Springs Air Museum mechanics, working in the restoration area. He did not know I took this but loved it. So many pieces of old war birds have been put back together by their team of aviation experts and have flown another day. I love this museum in Palm Springs, California, and was proud to serve as a docent for 4 years in the library and as part of the ramp safety crew.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field.
